Our mission is to provide a secure, respectful, and welcoming online environment where Mandaeans around the world can connect, communicate, build friendships, strengthen family relationships, preserve cultural identity, and participate in community life.

With Mandia you can:

• Create your personal profile
• Share posts, photos and videos
• Send private messages
• Join community groups
• Create and attend events
• Follow other members
• Discover community updates
• Build meaningful connections with Mandaeans worldwide

2. Eligibility

To use Mandia you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a member of the Mandaean community.
• Provide truthful and accurate registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.

By registering an account, you confirm that you identify as a member of the Mandaean community.

Mandia reserves the right to request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the community.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure.
• Maintaining accurate account information.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You may not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Register on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Share or sell your account.
• Allow another person to use your account.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
• Provide false information regarding your eligibility to join the Platform.

Mandia may review registrations and reserves the right to approve, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that do not meet the community requirements or violate these Terms.

4. Community Standards

Mandia is built on mutual respect, kindness, and the values of the Mandaean community.

All members are expected to treat one another with dignity and respect.

The following content or behaviour is prohibited:

Illegal Activities

• Criminal activity
• Fraud
• Terrorism
• Human trafficking
• Money laundering
• Any unlawful conduct

Violence

Content promoting violence, threats, intimidation, or physical harm.

Hate Speech

Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Harassment

Including:

• Bullying
• Stalking
• Threats
• Intimidation
• Doxxing
• Repeated unwanted contact

Adult Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit content is prohibited.

Spam

Users may not:

• Send unsolicited advertisements.
• Create spam accounts.
• Send bulk messages.
• Artificially manipulate engagement.

Platform Abuse

Users may not:

• Upload malware or malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Exploit security vulnerabilities.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Scrape or copy Platform data without permission.

Community Respect

Users must respect the traditions, culture, heritage, and beliefs of the Mandaean community.

Content intended to insult, mock, provoke, or deliberately offend members of the Mandaean community or their cultural or religious identity is not permitted.

12. Account Suspension

Mandia may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in illegal or abusive behaviour.
• Compromise the security of the Platform.
• Attempt to bypass previous suspensions or bans.
• Provide false or misleading registration information.
• Are determined not to meet the Platform's community eligibility requirements.
